MEET THE FOUNDER

Growing up in China, my grandmother would press the acupressure points on my feet before bed — tracing the meridian lines she said carried Qi. I just knew it made me feel whole.

Years later, as a certified Pilates instructor, I found the same truth through a Western lens — that breath, alignment and body awareness could unlock healing. One day it clicked: meridian therapy, fascia science and Pilates weren't separate disciplines. QILATES is where they meet.
