Mat Layout Guide
One mat, three intelligent zones
The Qi Wellness Mat isn't a single flat surface — it's three thoughtfully designed regions, each shaped for a different part of your body and your practice. The points are rounded and gentle, never sharp, so let your body settle in slowly.
Star Flow System — for your spine
Where: the long central area beneath your back when you lie down.
What it does: gently stimulates the points along your spine and shoulders, where the day's tension gathers — helping tightness release so your whole back can soften.
How to use it: lie back so your spine rests along the center, breathe slowly, and let gravity work for 10–20 minutes.
Infinity Meditation Zone — for your mind & sleep
Where: the ∞-shaped area designed for your head, neck and upper body.
What it does: your wind-down zone. Gentle pressure here helps quiet a busy mind and ease you toward calm — many reach for it before bed.
How to use it: rest your head and neck into the zone, close your eyes, follow your breath. Perfect as an evening ritual.
Reflexology Zone — for your feet
Where: the textured area at the end of the mat, made for your soles.
What it does: your feet hold reflexology points connected to the whole body. Stimulating them may help you feel grounded, awake and energized.
How to use it: stand or press your bare soles into the zone. Start with a minute or two and build up.
